As an actor, André is best known for being the creator, co-writer, and host of the Adult Swim comedy series ‘The Eric Andre Show.’ He has contributed to the show since 2012.
Eric André is also famous for his role as Mike on the FXX television series Man Seeking Woman (2015 – 2017) as well as for voicing Azizi in the 2019 film ‘The Lion King.’

Eric Samuel André was born on April 4, 1983, in Boca Raton, Florida, United States, to Pierre André and Natalie André. His father is a retired psychiatrist whereas his mother is a women’s rights advocate.
André attended Drefoos School of the Arts located in West Palm Beach, Florida. He later pursued a music course at Boston-based Berklee College of Music, graduating from college with a Bachelor of Music degree in 2005.
